Full Design and Turn-key Project Management
From your initial brief we will provide full design, specification, tender and recommend the successful contractor. We provide project contracts, chair meetings with the school and contractor. Once work has started we monitor the construction on site as well as providing financial updates to the school ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Feasibility Studies
We provide initial feasibility studies to look at various costed options for the school.
CDM Regulations Support
We take the role of Principal Designer on behalf of the school, ensuring that all parties are fully compliant with their obligations within the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. We will notify the Health and Safety Executive where required on behalf of the school.
Building Surveys & Condition Reports
We will provide new Building, Electrical and Mechanical Condition reports or update your existing reports as necessary.
Asbestos Registers
We can provide new asbestos registers or update your existing register as necessary.
DDA Audits
We can provide you with a DDA audit of your site and provide advise and assistance to ensure your a fully compliant with legislation.
Asbestos Management
With every school project there is a need to assess the risks to the school and the contractors due to the nature of school buildings. We have extensive experience with working on school buildings and managing asbestos and other risks, ensuring the safety of all.
Service Level Agreements
We have designed a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to meet the needs of every school, we are flexible within our approach ensuring that the school only pays for what it needs. Each school's SLA is tailored to suit the individual requirements, which puts the school in control of how their service contracts are managed. We provide full assistance with a dedicated Client Support Manager.
