PR Associates Ltd. provide 'turn-key' project management package taking your school building project from initial brief through to project completion. We offer support to schools with regards to buildings and asset management. We supply a Service Level Agreement that manages the school's building service contracts. PR Associates Ltd. can also assist with securing funding for a wide range of school building projects.

Our service provides a fully transparent tender process, operating within nationally recognised and robust methodology endorsed by the RIBA, RICS and CIOB, demonstrating non-collusion between contractors. This also protects our clients ensuring adherence to finance policies for procurement as well as the requirements of the Academies Financial Handbook, audit requirements and funding obligations.
